There are a plethora of goal tracking apps available on the iOS App Store for the ambitious ones among us. Habits Pro from Track & Share happens to be one of the more popular apps in that genre and has been around for a few years now. Originally coming in with a price tag of $4.99, the app is free to download for a day on the iTunes App Store.
Habits Pro, as can be understood by the name of the app itself, is designed to help you stick to your goals and resolutions by keeping track of your habits, and with 2014 coming to an end in a few weeks, this free grab should go a long way in helping you reach your goals.
Users can set up goals in Habits Pro, and then further add tasks on top to help achieve them. The app will keep track of your progress and present it on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as graphical data which is interactive as well. Users can share this data with their friends over Twitter and Facebook to show off their progress.
That said, the app is unlike many to-the-point goal trackers, offering plenty of tweaks and settings to set up an elaborate goal achieving plan. Users can specify which days would be better suited to some tasks that build on to achieving a goal.
Habits Pro comes with three categories already set up: Live a Healthy Life, Be Social and Exercise Your Mind. Of course users can add in more to their heart’s content, so as I mentioned before, the app has some very elaborate functions which might pit Habits Pro as one that was more than what you bargained for.
The app is also password protected to keep prying eyes away from finding out what you’re really up to, unless all you are tracking is your bowel movement and sleep pattern. All your data and activities can be backed up and shared using Dropbox, or your can simply use your regular email address to achieve that.
Habits Pro requires you to be running iOS 7.1 or above.
