hey guys, to fix push notifications, just restore your iPhone, and make the first SYNC with itunes, using a AT&T SIM CARD. After doing this, you can jailbreak and unlock if you want it. At least, that solve my problem and I also fixed many others iphone following these steps.

Guys I cant believe nobody noticed how to fix it manually. I had that problem and find out that, when we restore the phone, we need first to conect it to iTunes using a AT&T SIM CARD and make the first Sync. After that only, you can jailbreak and unlock it. If you do this, you will have no problems with Push Notification.
P.S. I have a 3GS with T-Mobile in USA

Please listen to the guy!! I had to restore twice due to this bug. Basically I can no longer turn off my phone, because it kills wi-fi. If I restore network settings, it enters an infinite loop when restarting and it’s game over!
