Thankfully, paid apps go free all the time for iPhone and iPad, and here, we do our utmost to source these apps and help you grab the very best bargains. But seldom does an app of such high acclaim as to be hand-picked and recommended by Apple reach the holy grail of freebie, and so if you’re a creative type looking for a top-notch painting app, then a highly revered watercolor app has just been made available free of charge. Unlike ordinary deals, though, snapping it up isn’t quite as simple as heading over to the App Store, so below, we’ll run you through the necessary steps.

Waterlogue, as the app is entitled, has been featured by Apple as a useful app for budding artists to try, and with a regular price of $2.99, there’s more than one reason to be excited about this particular giveaway.
