WE3R_CZ: Do you have Live Mesh installed? If so, then this is caused by Live Mesh which currently doesn’t work well under Windows 7. Uninstalling Live Mesh should fix your problem with themes in Windows 7. Hope this helps.

Hi,
So I installed Win7 beta today and is really great. But I have one problem : when I open new explorer.exe window, Win7 generates a new theme with no Window Color and applying it, resultíng in black frames, taskbar, ect . . Could anybody please help ?

Yes. You can install it as a VM in Microsoft Virtual PC.
