If I can have my regular menus AND the ribbon, and have the ribbon highlight a button when I select a menu option, so I can learn the new system, that would be excellent! I run into the same issues with my clients. If the old menu bar was an option, they would have no issue with upgrading. I've had multiple clients purchase Office 07, just to have me uninstall and go back to 03. It's not that they hate change, but in many office environments the work is the "same" so change for the sake of change is not normally a good thing.
