Go to your "C:" hard drive then "Program Files" then "Common Files" then "Apple" then "Apple Application Support" then drag or drop file of "blackra1n" from you desktop or where ever you same them to "Apple Application Support" then double click "Apple Application support" then double click "blackra1n" then you will see software is working..
