Not convinced a whole article based on CNETs figures is a reliable source. Here's the official German test house results, which show the 3GS is worryingly bad at 1.21W/kg.

Almost everyone carry mobile phones. Specially youngsters are very much fond of. But mobile phones are quite harmful. Its radiation are very harmful. It can cause brain cancer, brain tumours like gliomas and acoustic neuromas, tumours related to the salivary gland. So one should atleast make less use of mobile phones.

Really, cellphone radiation actually varies from place to place. I've got a couple of videos demonstrating this on my website emfreview.com You can watch Jades cell phone tour and then another comes directly after. One with the iphone 3G the other with a Blackberry. Go for it.
