iPhone X Gets A Full Clear Transparent Mod [Video]

Apple’s iPhone X is an entirely beautiful device. Even the most hardcore Android fan, or the most staunch Apple hater would have difficulty honestly saying that iPhone X isn’t appealing aesthetically. In short, Apple and Jony Ive’s team have done an amazing job nailing the physical product design of the phone to appeal to a global audience.

You may remember that we brought you some information about some really awesome wallpapers which provided the illusion that the device was see through? Well, now you can take things further with an actually see through iPhone X mod kit, as highlighted by EverythingApplePro.

First of all, let us start by saying that as awesome as this may look when it is actually complete and done professionally, we are not advocating that people start pulling their beautiful and very expensive iPhone X apart in order to achieve this look. After all, there is a reason why Apple spends so much time and money actually designing these devices to look the way that they do. If you were meant to be peer through the back of the device to view the internals, then Apple would have designed it that way.

Now, with that out of the way, this is essentially a way of removing the back panel of the iPhone X and replacing it with another panel that allows you to see directly through and into the inner workings of the rear of the phone. When you mix this together with the previously shared wallpapers which look to show the batteries and other components of the device, it gives the illusion that you actually have an entirely transparent and highly unique iPhone X. Of course, when you unlock the device you then see all of your apps and installations.

The video does a good job of actually showing us what the mod is all about, but it also highlights just how tricky and complex it can be to actually remove the outer shell of the iPhone X in order to replace it. It’s not a job that is to be approached with a lack of dedication and expertise. And, of course, this will instantly invalidate the warranty on the device.
