Here are iOS 11.2 beta 4 changes, official release notes and changelog details that you may want to know about.

As you may already know by now, Apple dropped iOS 11.2 beta 4 for developers earlier today. This release comes only a few days after previous beta seed which was made available for both developers and public beta testers.

So what’s so special or new about this release? Well, to start with, there doesn’t appear to be anything groundbreaking here. If Apple’s official release notes of iOS 11.2 are anything to go by, iOS 11.2 appears to be mainly a bug fix release which includes security patches and under-the-hood improvements to make overall experience better than before.

It does however pack new static and live wallpapers from iPhone X marketing material, fixes Calculator bug where it showed wrong answer when adding two numbers quickly, AirPlay 2 feature on Lock screen, introductory pricing for auto-renewable subscriptions, 7.5W fast wireless charging for iPhone X, 8, 8 Plus, and more.

While the initial betas of iOS 11.2 skipped on the previously announced Apple Pay Cash feature, starting from beta 2 and continues into beta 4, Apple Pay Cash beta is now enabled for those in United States only.
