Our conference rooms just got IE8, so I put the stop/reload buttons back. Still can't move everything around as freely as IE3-IE6, command bar buttons are hidden when the toolbars are locked, and the stop button still looks a lot like a close-window button; but at least it's a step in the right direction. Soon enough, these webpages that aren't displaying correctly will be obsolete. purely because these new format standards are loads faster and secure.
