if your phone is jailbroken on 3.1.2 firmware dload appsync 3.1.2 from cydia and it pretty mutch fixes that problem

I have installous on my iphone 3.1.3 and downloaded an app i wanted but when i went to install it it said installation failed and says the app is not a valid ipa file how do i fix it

INstallation went ok but every ipa files I install (installation goes well) can not be launch .. it starts like for a 500ms and stop …
¿any ideas?

here you go to settings double tap on home url and set it to appulo then go to the browse tab and click home sometimes it takes a minute to 5 minutes, just be patient.
