it will work if you create it yourself in the root of the sd card, thats what i had to do

I'm running into two issues: 1. I can't find the “AndroidThemes” folder on my SDcard. I created one manually but am not sure if it will work. 2. When I try to run MetaMorph, it throws an error “some files could not be extracted and set up. Please make sure you have enough free space in /system and that BusyBox is installed”. I clearly have enough space so space isn't the issue. It sounds to me like a permissions issue where it isn't able to write to the /system folder even though my phone has been rooted. Also, I have no idea what it is referring to with BusyBox.

How's the lag time? I've tried several home screen replacements and have defaulted back to the crappy Moto version for the speed. My wife has an Eris and the UI is the one thing we are missing out on with our Droids
