It's easy, just hold down the power button for 5 seconds, the home button for 10 seconds, and then the apple logo should appear on your screen, and your iPhone will turn on, SIMPLE!

delete the file you currently have and redownload it, when you redownload it, change the option to all files, and when you do that change it from .zip to .ipsw, that will save it in the correct format

just download the ipsw file with firefox it will read it as it is u don't have to remove any extension

It is not letting me downgrade…. its keeps saying that the firmwire is not elligible

You weren't in DFU mode when you restored. Make sure you are, then try restoring TWICE. You have to do it twice (ignore the 1015 error msg) and then rejailbreak. That should do the trick.
