Although it is free and works, but I would go for YourTube. It costs (little though) and it tightly integrated with official YouTube.app.

HEY I HAD This application but by the time i deleted it cause i got one similar but that was working just with jailbroken ipod.
I restored all back to originall and cannot find mxTube anymore in iTunes store……why they removed it!?

@Ann: You missed the point. MxTube will allow you to download videos right from your iPhone without having to switch to your PC/Mac.
