Contacts take 4 clicks to get to instead of the one click in old mail system. You never know if the contacts will come up alpa by first name or by last name. Favorites do not show without several clicks. Everything is sluggish.Too much space for folders, therefore you can not see your message because it is too small. And they call this "faster".
