getting “network error, connection refused” yup wifi on and havent messed with any passwords, other suggestions?

I did everything exactly as listed and removed the zodtt repo as you said. I load up cydia and still get the same error. I've even uninstalled cydia and reinstalled it and still get the same problem???

You have to have your wifi on. Also make sure that you haven't changed your root password. If you have then you need to use the new password instead of alpine.

-Go in ROCK.
-go to manage.
-go to sources.
-then go down to the zodttd.list souce.
-AND UNINSTALL IT !
-BAM! problem solved. just open cydia and might take a couple of mins at the loading screen but be patient and it works like a charm !
