Any way to solve this? I was in a hurry, added the source and tried to download “enable video mms”, ever since then Cydia is completely empty. A restore/re-jailbreak? Or any other suggestions?

I have a 3G iphone OS 3.1.3 jail broken & would like to enable video MMS. Noticed the method mentioned above will only work with firmware 3.1.2 & it seems like a lot of users are having issues when trying to implement this with 3.1.3 fw. Is there a specific method that will work for 3.1.3 fw?

SIJO the problem might have been that you are running 3.1.3 firmware and to get this working you have to be using 3.1.2

I installed this and two other Cydia app updates and now my iPhone won't boot up. Beware but I'm not sure if the other updates caused my 3G to become unusable.

Same happened to me.
My phone is not starting. its keeping restarting i lost everything all data on my phone.

My Firmware is 3.13

hi i used the videomover app from beyouriphone repo and it moves the videos from most video apps to the camera roll. i use the 3g video mms enabler. this whole thing would be better if everyone had phones with bigger memory storage capacities. but they dont so we are only limited to 600kb a video message which sucks.

I record a video of about 4 seconds with iVideoRecorder, but due to Vodafone's limit of 307200 size it might or might not go. I've managed to send it to a Sony Ericsson P800 which received it as a 3gp file but it was unable to play it because of 'too large video dimensions'….what gives? any thoughts on this?

Ok, I got the camera on the text part…selected a pic…and sent….came back with an error. What do I need to do now? I have not called AT&T yet to have them activate/reset (whatever that is) push. I have a 2G and my husband has a 3G (which gets the mms) so what should I do now? Please help! All my friends are trying to send me stuff and it is sooo annoying to have to type in the codes and passwords to see them…and I just got this 2G so I’m upped for another 2 years! Ugh…. Please let me know.
