hi, i am trying this on my iphone 2g with 3.1.2 fw : my pc with windows vista.
but i am not able to connect through winSCP. i got refused info on SCP window

YOU HAVE TO RESTORE THE PHONE, FIRST RESET THE NETWORK. THEN RESTORE IN ITUNE, THEN DOWNLOAD BLACKRA1N, SELECT MAKE IT RAIN, AFTER YOU SELECT WINDOWS OR MAC. ONCE BLACKRA1N FINISH REBOOTING THE PHONE WILL WORK. YOU HAVE TO GET RID OF EVERYTHING YOU ADDED AND PUT BLACKRA1N BACK ON THE IPHONE. I TRIED FOR DAYS AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS RESTORE THE PHONE, AFTER YOU CLICK RESTORE AND BLACKRA1N POPS UP WITH THE BOY FACE ON YOUR IPHONE IT WILL REBOOT AND THEN IT SHOULD WORK. KEEP BLACKRA1N ON YOUR IPHONE. Thanks GEOHOT

Worked fine on 3.0.1, but icon disappeared on 3.1.2. Tried to reinstall, but it did not work. Help!!!
