have followed ur guidance and have jailbreaked my iphone 3g (3.1.3) using Spirit; got cydia and installous downloaded ok but when it comes to downloading apps, nothing seems to install

my ipod doesnt show up on spirit unless i jailbreak it with black ra1n first and then it goes to the recovery screen and spirit says that it is jailbroken

I used spirit to JB my 3GS 3.1.3, and now my app store and calculator icons are missing; any fix for that?
