In iTunes, go to your iPhone in iTunes and where it says &quot;Restore&quot; press SHIFT on your keyboard and click it. this will open up a window which will instruct you to locate the .ipsw file (wherever it may be) once you have found it, double click it. I hope that this helps.</description>
