Apple’s 2018 Back To School Deal Offers Free Beats Headphones With Mac, iPad Pro

Apple has kicked off its annual Back to School campaign that will offer buyers a free pair of Beats headphones when they make a qualifying purchase.

In order to take advantage of this offer, buyers must prove that they are either enrolled in a college or are the parents of someone who is. Teachers and other faculty members are also able to take advantage of the deal, although proof of eligibility will be required at checkout to ensure that the offer is not abused.

The new MacBook Pro is also part of Apple’s Back to School promotion starting today and available to college students, their parents, faculty and staff through the Apple Education Store. The promotion includes a pair of qualifying Beats headphones with the purchase of any eligible Mac or iPad Pro for college, as well as education pricing on Mac, iPad Pro, AppleCare, select accessories and more.

With those eligible already receiving varying discounts on hardware and AppleCare as well as much more, it is already a great time to be buying from Apple, but the addition of a free pair of Beats Solo3 should more than sweeten the deal for anyone who was on the fence about picking up a new Mac or iPad Pro. No matter which was on your shopping list, we heartily suggest making the purchase via Apple’s website or one of its many retail stores.

Deals include up to $200 off of a qualifying Mac and 20% off of AppleCare when added to a new Mac. This also means that an iPad Pro can be picked up from $629 with the much vaunted Apple Pencil available for $89.
